Jalapeno Pinwheels on Flatout Flatbread
Ingredients
- 6 Flatout® Flatbread endorsed by Weight Watchers®
- 8 oz low fat cream cheese
- 8 oz low fat sour cream
- 4 oz can of sliced black olives
- 4 oz can of sliced jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup low fat shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

Spread a thin layer of the mixture on 1 flatbread

Roll up and set aside on a cookie sheet

Repeat until you've used all the mixture on all 6 flatbreads

Chill the 6 rolls on a cookie sheet in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight

Using a sharp serrated knife, carefully slice 1/2 inch slices out of each roll (approx 8 slices per flatbread)

Serve and enjoy!
Don’t those look absolutely delicious! This recipe makes enough for 6 people, eating 8 rolls each. This would be the perfect appetizer for your next BBQ or party, or a great afternoon snack for yourself that you can make ahead of time and enjoy throughout the week. These store well in the fridge and don’t need any extra prep. Just take them out of the fridge and pop them in your mouth! How’s that for healthy snack hacks!
