Hello, Summer! So good to finally see you!
To celebrate the start of my favorite season of the year, I’m wearing my new top from my latest Stitch Fix with a pair of $10 shorts from Zulily and my new favorite sandals.
Let’s talk about theseย Vionic High Tide Sandals. If you are looking for supportive, comfortable sandals to wear all summer long, the Vionic High Tide is your best bet.
I got them in white, but they are also available in black, navyย blue, pink, pewter, and a sassy leopard print. Their website recommends that if you wear a half size, to size down and I found this to be accurate. A size 7 fit me perfectly and I normally get size 7 or 7.5 for sandals.
If you like a supportive instep, these sandals will be perfect for you. My instep has flattened out significantly from my last pregnancy so I found the instep to be a bit much for me. My mom tried these on though (we wear the same shoe size) and these fit her perfect and she said the instep support was great. She loved them so much she wanted to steal them from me!
If you have a very flat foot and don’t like arch support, you might not like these sandals. All others will likely love these sandals. The insole is molded, squishy and very comfortable. The toe post is soft and doesn’t chafeย or cause discomfort. Even though these are a flip flop styled sandal, they don’t really flop when walking.
Best of all, the rubber outsole provides great traction much like a sneaker, making these sandals ideal for wearing poolside, through the airport, for weekend excursions, and even at the theme parks. Vionic hit the ball out of the park with these sandals.
