Whenever I post pictures of myself now, I always feel like I have to excuse my appearance because I’m not happy with myself and where my body is at right now. I just had a baby 6 months ago and I have about 40 pounds to lose to be where I want to be, so seeing pictures of myself is really hard.

I know, as a mom of 4, I should take it easy on myself, but that is easier said than done! I know my body has done an amazing thing by bringing 4 healthy, brand new humans into this world, but it’s hard to know yourself one way and then look in the mirror and see someone else.
